One of them has a double bed, while the other has a bunk bed and an extra bed. The bathroom, which features a distinguished industrial style, boasts micro-cement walls and floors, along with an elegant resin shower and a large (200 litre) electric water heater.

A distinctive feature of the bedrooms is the use of wood on the exterior-facing walls, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The main hallway, fitted with a generously sized built-in wardrobe, provides functional storage space.

The living room and open-plan kitchen form the social core of the flat, designed to maximise brightness and comfort. The décor combines elements of steel, wood and micro-cement in an aesthetic fusion that is both attractive and functional.

In terms of additional amenities, an enclosed carport to accommodate a large car is provided in the same building. Radiator heating ensures a pleasant and warm atmosphere throughout the stay.
