If you book less than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the start of your stay. After that, you will get a 50% refund if you cancel up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, you will not receive a refund.

You must tell us your arrival time. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the check-in day to receive the access instructions.
To be able to enter independently it is necessary to send us by email (Nestormartin@andaluciasingularhomes.com ) or by Whatsapp (+34 610896014) a photograph of your national identity card, for citizens of the European Community or passport, for citizens of the rest of the world.
No noise is allowed between 22h and 10h.
If you are travelling with a vehicle, you must inform us in order to have 1 parking space available.
Smoking is only allowed on the terraces
If you use the barbecue, when you finish, make sure that it is properly turned off and closed to avoid accidents.
Before check-out you must leave the flat tidy and above all respect the order of the furniture and decoration of the house.
